The dress is knitted top-down in the round, using Stockinette Stitch and finishing laced edges. Firstly, the yoke of the dress is knitted, and hereafter, a series of increases are made to create the volume of the body. Then, the 2 sleeves are created, and finished with a laced ruffle. Hereafter, 2 I-cords are knitted onto the shoulders of the dress, to create ribbons for a big bow. Lastly, a series of elastic bands are inserted into the yoke, shoulders and cuffs to secure the right voluminous fit.
