The blouse is knitted top-down in the round following a laced chart throughout the work. First, the fitted yoke is knitted, and then stitches are picked up along its cast on row for the sleeves. The sleeves are knitted in the round, following the chart, and are finished with a 1x1 twisted rib edge, in which a row of eyelet holes is knitted, for the insertion of an I-cord ribbon. To form the body, stitches are picked up along the bind off row of the yoke - and to make the body more voluminous, a series of increases are made on the first round. Hereafter, the body is knitted in the round, following the chart, and finished with a 1x1 twisted rib edge. Lastly, stitches are picked up along the neckline, for a finishing hem in 1x1 twisted rib, and an elastic band is inserted into the hem, as well as in the bind off row of the yoke.
