Drops_blouse has wide sleeves and a deep v-neck. You start by knitting the back piece first, using increases to shape the back. Then, stitches are picked up for the front pieces at the shoulders. These are knitted separately, back and forth, while shaping the v-neck. Afterward, all parts are joined, and you knit in the round. The sleeves are picked up and knitted last, followed by the final details of the neckline.
