Alfine and Alfsuit can be knitted with or without lace edges, making it suitable for everyone. The suit has a classic design with lace and I-cord edges. It is knitted top-down, back and forth on a circular needle. The dress is assembled after joining the button band, and then it is worked in the round before being placed on hold for the legs. In this pattern, increases are made by knitting the link between 2 stitches through the back loop. It is cast on using a provisional cast on, but you can use a regular cast on if you find this difficult. Just be careful not to cast on too tightly.
