Synne loungewear pants

The Synne pants are loose-fitting pants with wide legs, and there is a lace pattern at the bottom of the legs. The pants are knitted from the bottom up. To ensure a nice fit, there are short rows worked at the back over the buttocks. German Short Rows are used for the turns, but another turning technique can be used if desired. The model is loose with wide legs, but to prevent it from being too wide for the smallest sizes, the pants are slightly more fitted for sizes 1 and 2 years. If you want a narrower version for the size you are knitting, you can easily follow the steps for sizes 1 and 2 years. The pants are not full length as they should stop just above the ankle. If you want them longer, you can add length, but keep in mind that the pants are wide and will stretch a bit. Please note that if you use a different yarn than specified, the pants will have a different appearance and the measurements may be larger or smaller. It is also important to consider the yardage of the yarn.
